When a patient is registered it is necessary to add the master form to the patient. The manula procedure for doing this is slow and not intuitive. In the real setting the doctors who will have to do this may only be using the system for 3 weeks or so before being rotated. Training and compliance will be big issues !
I want to automate this so that when a patient is registered (by a doctor in the relevant group) the master form (and hence all slaves) will automatically be added to the patient.
How can I do this ?
