I'm currently working with the GCS Programme Management Team and I have been asked to look at new ways of involving / enthusing those of you who are developers of GCS. I wondered whether you would be able to help me with generating some ideas of the things that would help you as a 'community' and facilitate your use of GCS.
The things that are currently being considered are - GCS newsletter with developer features, quarterly developer-led events, a central forms depository, condition / disease network events. I would appreciate input from the Forum as to how they would like to see this progress.
I am also looking at Communications, Benefits Realisation and Change Management for the GCS Programme and Projects, so if you have any burning suggestions about any of those topics then please let me know about them too.
